This Shipping Policy clearly and transparently describes the shipping costs, methods, and delivery times for orders placed through our e-commerce website. All shipping costs are displayed before the order is confirmed.

1) Order Processing

  • Orders received by 12:00 PM (CET) on business days are generally shipped the same day.

  • Orders received after 12:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays are processed on the next available business day.

  • Delivery times are calculated from the moment the shipment is collected by the courier.

2) Couriers

Shipments are handled by TNT / FedEx (standard courier), BRT, GLS, Poste Italiane, DHL, and UPS.

For deliveries within Italy, the courier can be selected at checkout. DHL and UPS are considered premium services and may involve an additional surcharge.

  • Italy: 24–48 hours (48–72 hours for islands and remote areas)

  • European Union: 3–7 business days

  • Non-EU countries: 7–15 business days
