We believe that the use of Artificial Intelligence should be transparent, responsible, and understandable for users.

This page explains how and where these technologies may be used within SaporePuro.

1. AI-based Virtual Assistant

SaporePuro may provide users with a virtual assistant or chatbot based on Artificial Intelligence systems.

When you use this service, you are interacting with an automated system and not directly with a human operator, unless expressly indicated.

Responses generated by the AI assistant may contain errors, incomplete information, or incorrect interpretations.

For this reason, the assistant's responses do not replace the official information found in product sheets, labels, technical specifications, contractual conditions, or communications from SaporePuro personnel.

In case of doubts regarding allergens, food safety, professional use, nutritional information, commercial conditions, orders, or other relevant aspects, we recommend contacting the SaporePuro team directly before relying on the assistant's response.

This approach is consistent with the transparency obligations set forth in the European Artificial Intelligence Regulation for systems intended to interact directly with natural persons.

2. Images created or modified with Artificial Intelligence

Some images on SaporePuro may be:

  • generated with Artificial Intelligence systems;
  • modified or enhanced using AI tools;
  • used for illustrative, editorial, or promotional purposes;
  • created from real photographs of SaporePuro products.

When a graphic representation does not exactly correspond to the photograph of the product sold, the images should be considered illustrative.

To know the packaging, format, characteristics, and actual information of the purchased product, the product sheet, commercial information, and the label of the supplied product are authoritative.

We do not intentionally use synthetic images to alter or misrepresent essential product characteristics.

3. AI-assisted texts and content

Some texts, titles, descriptions, guides, editorial drafts, or informative materials may be created, reprocessed, or optimized with the support of Artificial Intelligence tools.

When used, these tools primarily serve a supporting function for:

  • writing;
  • information organization;
  • translation;
  • stylistic review;
  • content production;
  • graphic and communication ideation.

When appropriate, content is subject to review and editorial supervision by Gioia Group s.r.l.

The use of AI tools does not change the responsibility of Gioia Group s.r.l. for content published on the site.

4. Personal data and AI systems

The use of Artificial Intelligence tools that involve the processing of personal data complies with the applicable legislation on personal data protection, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 — GDPR.

The EDPB has clarified that the use of AI models and systems does not eliminate obligations related to legal basis, transparency, minimization, security, and data subject rights.

We advise you not to enter sensitive or unnecessary information into the chatbot, such as health data, credentials, identity documents, complete financial information, or other particularly confidential data.

5. No automated decisions with legal effects

Unless otherwise expressly indicated, the AI systems used by SaporePuro do not autonomously make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on the user.

The information generated by the virtual assistant is for informational and support purposes.

Orders, payments, refunds, commercial conditions, contractual relationships, and professional requests remain governed by the relevant sales conditions and SaporePuro's official processes.

6. Human supervision

Gioia Group s.r.l. maintains a supervisory role over the use of Artificial Intelligence systems employed in its digital services.

When necessary, users can request human assistance through normal contact channels.

Artificial Intelligence technologies and related regulations evolve rapidly.

For this reason, this information may be updated periodically to reflect:

  • changes to the systems used;
  • new services;
  • regulatory developments;
