DESCRIPTION
Optipep 9862 is an enzymatically hydrolyzed whey protein that provides a high-quality source of peptides. It is mildly hydrolyzed, has a low bitter flavor profile, and is suitable for use in advanced nutritional and functional applications. This ingredient has been instantized to improve its solubility and dispersibility in water. During the instantization process, soy lecithin is added as an emulsifier, facilitating the rapid dispersion of the powder and preventing clumping when it is mixed into liquids.

INGREDIENTS
Hydrolyzed MILK whey proteins (Optipep® 90 DH4) (emulsifier: SOY lecithin) -
METHOD OF USE
Dissolve 30 g of product (approximately 2 scoops) in 250 ml of water or another beverage of your choice.

EXPIRY
When stored in a cool, dry place, it remains stable for up to 36 months from the date of
production. After each use, reseal the package and keep it in a clean, cool environment. Handle only
with perfectly clean and dry utensils. Before each use, always check the product’s condition and
storage status. The expiration date is shown on the package label.
