Production: Our Liquid Glucose Syrup 60DE is produced by a process of hydrolysis of starch, usually from corn. During this process, the starch is broken down into simple sugars, mainly glucose. The resulting liquid is then purified and concentrated to obtain our high-quality syrup, which has a fluid consistency and natural sweetness.

Recipe 1: Homemade marshmallows

  • Ingredients:

    • Vanilla extract
  • Instructions:
    1. In a bowl, mix gelatin powder with cold water and let stand.

    5. Pour the mixture into a mold lined with baking paper and allow to cool completely before cutting into cubes and serving.

Recipe 2: Chocolate Mirror Glaze.

  • Ingredients:
    • 200g dark chocolate
    • 100g of Liquid Glucose Syrup 60DE by SaporePuro
    • 100ml water
    • 10g gelatin sheets
    • Food coloring (optional)
  • Instructions:
    1. Soak the gelatin in cold water for 5-10 minutes.
    2. In a saucepan, heat the glucose syrup and water until the syrup dissolves completely.
    3. Add the broken dark chocolate and stir until it is completely melted.
    4. Squeeze the water out of the gelatin and add it to the hot chocolate mixture, stirring until the gelatin dissolves completely.
    5. Add food coloring if desired and mix well.
    6. Allow the frosting to cool until it is thick enough to coat the cakes, then gently pour over the desired surface for a shiny mirror effect.
