A pacchero with SaporePuro pistachio paste, bacon and pumpkin!

PROCEDURE.
Given that the pacchero takes at least 15 minutes to cook, the first thing to do is to cook the pasta, so put the water to boil, add salt and then lower the paccheri.
In the meantime, let's cook the pumpkin in the oven to soften it, seasoning it with salt and pepper.
As for the guanciale, cut it into thin slices and brown it in a pan until it becomes crispy.
At this point we prepare our side cream by placing 3 tablespoons of Pistachio Paste in a pan, and dilute with cooking water.
Once the pasta is ready, drain it directly into the pan and continue stirring to combine everything.
