Milk preparation powder for ice cream, pastry and bakery products
SP-MILK is a semi-finished milk powder designed to replace low-fat milk in all its applications, such as ice cream, pastry and baked goods. Obtained through the careful blending of raw materials including milk powder and protein of European origin.
Ingredients:
- Milk powder (skim or whole) EU origin.
- Milk protein EU origin.
Dosage: To reconstitute 1 liter of milk, use 110 g of product and 900 g of water.
Preparation tips: Use SP-MILK in the same quantities and conditions as low-fat milk powder. Mix the product with the other powders and disperse it into the liquid under intense stirring.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct heat sources. Consume preferably within 24 months from the date of manufacture.
Packaging: Available in 1 kg bags and 3 kg bags.
