Powdered milk preparation for ice cream, pastry and baked goods
SP-MILK DELAT is a semi-finished product based on lactose-free powdered milk, designed to replace skimmed milk in all its applications, such as ice cream, pastry and baked goods. Obtained through the careful mixing of raw materials including powdered milk and proteins of European origin. Gluten Free.
Ingredients:
- Skimmed milk powder without lactose origin Finland.
- Whey Protein Origin Germany.
Dosage: To reconstitute 1 litre of milk, use 110 g of product and 900 g of water.
Preparation tips: Use SP-MILK DELAT in the same quantities and conditions as skimmed milk powder. Mix the product with other powders and disperse it in the liquid under intense stirring.
Conservation: Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct heat sources. Best before 24 months from production date.
