Recipe for a balanced white base DELACTOSED:
Simply add 225 grams of this extraordinary delactosed ice cream base, created in Saporepuro's renowned laboratories in Turin, to 175 grams of delactosed cream and 600 grams of delactosed milk, and you're done.
