Recipe for fruit syrup:
Just mix to 480gr base, 520gr water.
In this way you have made 1kg of fruit syrup that will then be used 50% in recipe.

Lemon with Syrup Recipe 600gr Syrup + 250gr Lemon Juice + 150gr Water
