The ingredients needed are: 250 g flour, 125 g butter, 125 g powdered sugar, 1 egg, 1 pinch of salt and 1 teaspoon tip of Pure Vanillin.
In a bowl, mix the flour with the powdered sugar, salt, and Pure Vanillin. Add the soft butter and work with your hands until crumbly. Add the egg and work quickly until the dough is smooth. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and let it rest in the refrigerator for about half an hour. Roll out the dough on a floured surface and cut cookies with a cookie cutter. Bake in a hot oven at 180°C for about 10-12 minutes. Allow to cool and serve.
