100% Pure Italian Hazelnut Paste SaporePuro – 3kg
Artisanal semi-finished product made by medium-dark roasting and refining Italian hazelnuts, transformed into a dense, fluid paste.
Free from added sugars, synthetic flavors, and gluten; vegan.
In gelato making, it can be used to create classic Bacio and Gianduia flavors, or innovative combinations with white chocolate and chopped almonds. In pastry making, it adds depth and character to creams, spreads, and baked goods. In cooking, it is suitable for dressings, sauces, and mayonnaise.
Recommended dosage: 70–120g per kg of white base mixture.
