Low-Viscosity Guar SaporePuro is a powder derived by grinding the endosperm of the seeds of the plant Cyamopsys Tetragonoloba, a member of the Leguminosae family. It is a high molecular weight polysaccharide, known as galactomannan, composed of a mannanopyranose chain connected to galactopyranose units via glycosidic bonds.

  • Viscosity: 750 ± 250 cps (1% solution at 25°C, measured with Brookfield DVE viscometer).
