A dessert in a glass with 4 ingredients and just 15 minutes of preparation, all with the help ofSaporePuro Tapioca Starch.

Recipe for 6 servings:

250 ml of milk
55 g sugar
50 g of yolk (about 3 yolks)
10 g tapioca starch

Procedure:

You mix sugar with yolks being careful that the yolk does not thicken on contact with the sugar (you have to mix them as soon as they come in contact)

Tapioca is added, While simmering the milk with some SaporePuro vanillin powder.

When the milk is hot, the cream of sugar, yolk, and starch is inserted and brought to cook until it begins to thicken.

Remove from heat and allow to cool while stirring.

Compose the cake inside a glass, alternating layers of cream, cookies and fresh fruit.
